Not only are we trusted by our customers but our professionalism is also
recognised by some major players in the industry.
Since 2000 when Nick became a Microsoft Partner we have constantly sought out new
opportunities to gain accreditation in as many of the technologies we work with
as possible. Partners have proven high levels of competence and expertise
with Microsoft technologies and have closer working relationships with
Microsoft.
In September 2009 we were accepted for the Microsoft WebsiteSpark programme
which gives us free access to even more of the latest development tools and

We became a
Microsoft Small Business Specialist in 2004 and we have qualified every year
since. We advise small businesses on all aspects of their use of I.T
including training and licensing and upgrades to Office 2007 and Windows Vista.
We are currently getting our customers ready for Windows 7.
Exams
We do not believe that we need to take the Microsoft Exams and part of our reason
is the cost associated with them and the fact that they are very quickly
outdated. By following the Microsoft Partner training programmes and using
third party resources we are able to keep our knowledge up to date. The
money we save on exam fees is ploughed back into new technologies such as
Microsoft SharePoint Server, the components that power The Boggle, and the
editors and image uploaders that add amazing functionality to our network for
the benefit of our customers.
We believe that our customers value what we do rather than a piece of "digital
ink" and we are always happy to stand by everything we do and we have no problem sharing our work via

Of course, there are some examinations we have to take - such as the Google
Adwords Professional Exam and we will take these where we believe that they will
add genuine value to our service proposition.
